There are 12 sessions in this prayer where the first four sessions are mudra sessions and the next seven sessions are chakra chanting sessions.

The last session is to keep hands in prayer pose in front of chest ( Anjali mudra ) for sometime and then complete the session and the round.

After that, the sessions will start again from the beginning.



While doing the mudras, you can either Chant Om or Concentrate on breathing.

And while chanting the Chakra sounds, you can either chant silently or aloud and you can adopt gyan mudra.
