You can do any of the following poses
for 30 seconds to a minute

Raised hand pose

Forward bend pose

Spine twist pose

Half squat pose

Stretch your feet

Move your feet from side to side

Open and close your palms

You can practice the 12 poses of Surya Namaskar

Or

you can repeat the hands above head pose
and the forward bend pose a few times

Simple Eye Exercise

Do Simple eye exercises by moving the eyes
from left side to right side and
then back a few times

Rotate your eyes and then
watch the tip of the nose for one second
