The book has three rounds of Chakra chanting activities.

Each round has seven sessions. Users can do one or more sessions each day.

They can bookmark the page after completing the session. They can resume the activity later using the bookmark!

And after they complete three rounds, they can start again from the beginning

Each Session has a breathing activity and a chanting activity of a chakra sound.

The combination of the breathing activity and the chakra chanting activity can balance the chakra and enhance our health!

Users can adopt any mudra of their choice during the session.

Session one starts with the Mooladhara chakra or the root chakra. Users can breath in slowly and then chant the chakra sound while breathing out. Chanting can either be loud or silent. Repeat it for a few times.

User can then sit quietly and focus on normal breathing for sometime Users can follow the same procedure till session 5.

For session 6, they can chant the five chakra sounds Lam, Vam, Ram, Yam and Ham continuously while breathing out. They can repeat it a few times.

For session 7, users can simply chant Om for sometime. They can sit quietly and focus on normal breathing after that.

Combining simple breathing activities with the chakra sound chanting will improve the health of our body and also of our mind.

The body will get energised and the mind will become calm.

The seven chakra sounds are as follows:

1 ) Mooladhara – Root Chakra – Lam

2 ) Swadhistana – Sacral Chakra – Vam

3 ) Manipura – Solar Plexus Chakra – Ram

4 ) Anahata – Heart Chakra – Yam

5 ) Vishuddhi – Throat Chakra – Ham

6 ) Ajna – Third eye Chakra – Om

7 ) Sahasra – Crown Chakra – Om


This book can be used by people of all ages. The book can be carried easily and we can devote a few minutes every day to do the activities given in the book. We can do the activities and bookmark the page and resume the activities later!

This book can surely help everyone to chant the chakra sounds daily and bring about positive changes to our health! And a healthy body and mind can make our life successful and happy!
