The Daily Hindu Prayer book is a simple prayer book for Hindus to do daily prayer for the deities!

This book has 3 rounds with each round having 7 sessions.

Before starting the sessions, users can touch the tip of the thumb with the tip of the index finger to form Gyan mudra ( or any other mudra of their choice ) and then start the session!

Users can chant the given mantra once (or thrice or nine times).

After that, breath in and then chant om while breathing out. Repeat a few times.

After that, sit quietly and concentrate on normal breathing for a few minutes.

Sometimes, the body may automatically chant sounds or do meditation or do mudras like Aswini mudra, Anjali mudra or other movements.

If that happens, you can go with the flow of the body and do those activities and complete the session.

If not, you can sit quietly for some time and complete the session.

Bookmark the page after completing the session so that you can resume the session later.

You can complete one or more sessions each day. And after completing all the rounds, you can start again from the beginning.

5 ) Krishna Maha Mantra,
6 ) Mahamrutunjaya Mantra
