Daily Prayer and Mantras

Daily Prayer and Mantras is a simple prayer book for Hindus to do daily prayer for the deities!

This book has 5 rounds with each round having 7 sessions.

Before starting the session, users can touch the tip of the thumb with the tip of the index finger to form Gyan mudra ( or any other mudra of your choice ) and start the session!

Users can chant the given mantra once (or thrice) and then complete the activity given in the session!

If you have time, you can also do some simple yoga poses, meditation and exercises after each session!

You can complete one or more sessions each day.

After completing a session, you can bookmark the page by folding the page so that you can continue the session the next day.

Or you can note down the page number at the table given at the end, so that you can continue the session the next day.

After completing five rounds, you can start again from the beginning!

These simple prayers will help us to invoke the grace of the deities for a successful and happy life!
